Position objective

The Customs Legal Analyst will be responsible for the timely review and follow-up of legal matters related to the international trade operations while providing essential administrative support to the department to ensure operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities




- Corporate Documentation: Manage and organize all corporate legal documents for the company.
- Contract Administration: Oversee the administration and lifecycle of various company contracts.
- Customs legal documents writing and review
- Digital Archiving: Maintain and ensure the department’s digital archives are up-to-date.
- Legal compliance: Support on providing information and documentation for internal and external audits.
Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mexican Law
Knowledge, experience and competencies required
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in legal areas related to the customs operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Maquila industry and Automotive Manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Legal Expertise: Solid understanding of international trade and customs applicable laws.
