Role Description
The Data Coordinator is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting data-related operations on the Accountant Hunt platform. This role involves collecting, organizing, and maintaining data on accountants, services, locations, and user activity to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and up to date. The Data Coordinator will monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, perform data cleanup, and assist in preparing basic reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Daily tasks also include collaborating with team members to refine data structures, contribute to improving search and filter functions, and provide insights that help enhance the user experience. The position requires working independently, managing multiple data tasks, and communicating clearly in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills to interpret platform data and generate actionable insights.




- Candidates should possess solid Data Management and Analytical Skills to maintain data integrity and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess foundational Data Modeling skills to help structure and organize data for reporting and search optimization.
- Candidates should have proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with databases or data visualization tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
- Candidates should have effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates with experience in marketplaces, accounting, or financial services data are preferred but not required.
- Candidates with relevant education or training in data analytics, information systems, business, or a related field will be considered an asset.
