ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Support the Sales and Application Engineering team in daily technical and commercial activities.
- Assist in maintaining and strengthening customer relationships under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the preparation of customer visits, technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Assist in organizing and following up on sales activities related to conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Help maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Support the preparation of quotations, technical documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Participate in customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical training as an observer or assistant.
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Sales and Application Engineering team as required.
- Learn about OMICRON products, solutions, and applications through structured training and on-the-job experience.




- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and project execution.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- No previous professional experience required.
- Previous internship, university projects, laboratory activities, or extracurricular involvement related to electrical power systems are considered an advantage.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical power systems, protection, automation, or related subjects.
- Strong willingness to learn technical products and applications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
