? Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete leasing process for available rental properties
- Create, update, and maintain property listings in
ShowMojo
- Coordinate property showings with prospective tenants
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms




- Monitor leasing activity and ensure vacancies are filled efficiently
- Conduct rental market analysis and pricing reviews to remain competitive
- Monitor local market trends and competing rental properties
- Market available properties across multiple leasing platforms
- Provide regular leasing performance updates to property owners
- Screen rental applicants, verify qualifications, and recommend the most qualified tenants
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and applicable housing regulations
- Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
- Collaborate with the property management team to improve occupancy rates and leasing performance

✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1
year of experience
in Property Management, Leasing, or a related field
- Experience using
ShowMojo
or similar property management/leasing software is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential leasing processes and fair housing best practices
- Excellent customer serv
