Responsible of General Ledger and Fixed Assets activities, including journal entries, account reconciliation, inter-company balancing, depreciation, and CIP reconciliation.

What you can look forward to as General Ledger and Fixed Assets Accountant:
- Responsible for GL & FA activities, GL and FA accounts reconciliation, GL & Fa Accounts analysis, and GL and FA additional projects as required.




- Create, Calculate and Post journal entries.
- Inter-company account balancing.
- FA Depreciation Calculations, FA Capitalization process.
- CIP Reconciliation.
- Month end closings and trial balance submissions to headquarters.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.
- Accounts Payable Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currencies
- Analysis and resolution of Accounts Payable problems
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balance reconciliations
- Run Reports of Past Due Customers/Vendors
- Ensure all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary and encouraging excellent customer service to ZF operating units and corporate finance.

Your profile as General Ledger and Fixed Assets Accountant:
- Accounting or Finance Degree and 2-4 years GL and FA experience.
- 80-90% Bilingual English/Spanish.
- A proactive approach with a dedication to teamw
