Your Skills & Strengths:
Career in Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics or related.

4 -5 years in similar position and contact with suppliers.

Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate-advance level).





Proficient in MRP Management System (SAP essential - MRP transactions).

Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point).

Inventory Management, DOH, DIO, SUT, ATR.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in and out of the organization.

Overseas suppliers management experience.

Proficient in critical follow up and logistics.

Knowledge in engineering changes affectation to raw material.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure the availability of raw material based on the production plan, inventory levels, transit time.

Analize production schedule to ensure accurate demand is transmitted to suppliers.

Creation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP system parameters relevant to ensure correct ordering.

Review demand coverage with suppliers ensuring EDI is transmitted accurately.

Develop worksheets to determine demand variation (Waterfall chart).

Monitor supplier shipments arrive on time.
