Purpose of the Position

Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in-house information systems that support core organizational functions.

Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain
backup infrastructure
(servers, storage, tapes, job configuration).
- Design, develop, and install software solutions aligned with business needs.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and maintain relevant certifications.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues to maximize IT system performance.
- Provide
technical guidance and support
to other Server Engineers.
- Build, patch, test (compatibility and QA), and deploy complex systems and platforms according to client specifications.
- Lead
infrastructure improvement projects
focused on enhancing performance and reliability.
- Perform
data backup, migration, and disaster recovery
operations for complex storage and server environments.
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting processes related to software and hardware systems.
- Collaborate with
business applications teams, vendors, consultants,



contractors, and IT personnel
.
- Design, implement, and manage
enterprise system technologies
ensuring scalability and security.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

Minimum 3 years in server infrastructure management, backup systems, and enterprise IT environments

Languages

English – Advanced

Technical Skills

Server configuration, virtualization, storage management, disaster recovery, and enterprise software deployment

Soft Skills

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication
