An extremely reputable high-end construction & development group and I are seeking a Senior Project Manager - for the continued construction of a 5* World-Class Luxury Resort & Residences in on the Baja peninsula, Mexico.
The overall development is will include a number of top tier Hotel Operators, Club House, luxury hospitality amenities and a significant number of multi family luxury homes.
You will be a Senior Project Manager capable of handling more than a single projects at one time. You will:
- Liaise with all of the stakeholders throughout construction




- Oversee construction on Hospitality, Luxury Homes and Amenities
- Be the clear link person between the Developer and the GC
- Updating financial forecasts on overall Project budget, etc
Pre-requisites for position
- Min 5 years Luxury Luxury Resort projects
- Ability to lead multiple project elements at a given time
- Outstanding 1-1 client facing skills
