- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle marketplace operations including managing flat files, merchandising (strike-through price, coupons), and maintaining listing quality.
- Manage marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
- Assist with back-office tasks as needed.
