**Key Responsibilities**:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for our YouTube channel and other platforms.
- Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts.
- Write compelling and on-brand social media copy to accompany posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content strategies.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to improve video and social media content.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, specifically for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with YouTube content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for video content.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design.
- Ability to analyze video performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
