Knowledge and responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the 3rd shift in a manufacturing site.
Knowledge and experience managing labor cases according to Mexican Federal labor law, IMSS, Infonavit, Nom-035.
Effective at collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing general employee services: medical area, transportation, cafeteria, etc.
Experience working effectively in a matrix organization.
Excellent judgment in complex situations with multiple stakeholders.
Elaboration and follow-up of strategies and projects.
Responsible for the Preparation and Interpretation of different reports and metrics.
Experience in the Preparation and Implementation of Policy and Procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/HR or related field.




Master’s degree in business administration is a plus.
5+ years’ experience in daily HR functions/activities and employee services administration, payroll process, labor cases, training, etc.)
Experience in manufacturing plants.
Middle to advanced English skills are needed. A plus High level of English/Bilingual.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Must be a self-starter / People oriented.
Enthusiasm for relationship building and partnership across the organization at all levels.
Results-oriented.
Teamwork player.
