**Production Engineer**
El Salto, Guadalajara
**Primary Purpose of the Position**:
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain a productive routine (fulfill production orders).
- Establish correct communication with your bosses, workers, and colleagues.
- Provide clear and specific instructions to personnel to comply with production.
- Constantly supervise the personnel in charge throughout the shift, as well as the quantity produced and its quality.
- Address questions, suggestions or complaints from operators.
- Prepare work order for maintenance area when required or requested.
- Report and ensure that quality problems generated in the tire are correct.
**Education**:
Completed professional career: Industrial engineering,



Administration or similar.
**Experience**:
- Three years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with rubber, polymer, or plastic processing experience.
- Staff performance management
- Management of IS 9000 quality systems.
- Production programs, metrics, and indicators.

- Able to provide directions to manufacturing team member.
- Self-directed to complete projects
- Good communication skills
- Strong results orientation and work ethic, initiative, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
