**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct A/B testing and content experiments to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of integrated campaigns.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- University studies in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.




- Proven ability in crafting creative copy for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in the English language, both in written and verbal skills.
- Familiarity with conducting A/B tests and content experiments.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and generate reports for optimization.
**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:00 CST).
Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
