We are looking for talent to carry out this vision:
- **Engineering & Implementations Manager**_
What will put you ahead:
- 3 + year of experience as Project Manager or similar
- Conversational business English
What you will do:
- Design and develop solutions for the Customs, Transportation and Warehousing (3PL) industry.
- Develop business proposals for the designed solutions and present them to customers.
- Define the HC and organization chart required for each project.
- Develop the layout and operational flows for each project.
- Perform productivity analysis for new projects.
- Evaluate performance of existing projects, comparing them with the original design, providing analysis of variations in productivity, profitability and/or operation in general, in order to provide data to help improve the department and the operation.




- Enhance existing tools for solution design (Labor Model, Cost Model, etc.).
