Responsible for managing the receipt, storage and delivery activities of merchandise on site, ensuring that efficient processes are in place and that productivity of the function is maximized. Responsible for maintaining inventory integrity in the ERP system. Coordinate inbound and outbound movements from the site.
Responsabilities
Supervise stock clerks and daily activities.
Determine departmental objectives for the function and function associates.
- Ensure that merchandise receipts are made through a process approved by management.
- Have organized documentation and records for the function.
- Ensure that efficient use of warehouse space is maximized.
- Ensure that safety, order and cleanliness requirements are met through the implementation of 6S's in the area.
- Develop and implement MRP inventory management system.
- Manage the warehouse of spare parts and consumables for various departments.
