Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's or University degree in engineering or business. ASQ certification as CQE or CMQ/OE, Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications are a plus. - 10 years manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years Quality Management experience. - Bilingual, must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish. - “Change Agent” attitude with the ability to deliver on-time results in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and disciplines. - Knowledge of APQP/PPAP process and tools for change management. - Knowledge of employee training methods and certification programs to enable operator ownership of quality. - Proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects,



initiatives, and teams. - The ability to create data collection methods and analysis to enable continuous improvement. - The ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, and tolerances to define quality inspection and process controls. - Experience in têxtiles is a plus.
