Analyst, Corporate Treasury

Overview
The XBS Treasury team is responsible for all global treasury activities for Cross Border Services (XBS), including foreign exchange risk management, foreign exchange trading, cash management and liquidity management.

The Role
We are currently hiring for an Analyst to support the cash forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury operations for Cross Border Services (XBS).

Responsibilities For This Role Include
- Execute funding wires for BAU operations and implement automation




- Monitor bank account administration and execute remediation steps as needed
- Improve governance by documenting policies & procedures
- Follow the controls and best practices globally
- Support the team with analytical / financial analysis such as:
- Integral optimization of working capital
- Forecast working capital requirements to support the business flows
- Manage cash positioning and forecasting to optimize cash utilization.

About You
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar degree
- Understanding of core corporate finance, cash and liquidity management and FX markets concepts.
- Prior experience in Treasury
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Able to prioritize work and manage projects in addition to day-to-day responsibilitie
