About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Operations Specialist to drive brand growth in the Mexican market. This role is responsible for shaping brand positioning, executing content strategies, and enhancing brand awareness across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand positioning strategies tailored to the Mexican market.
Plan and deliver high-quality content strategies and outputs across multiple platforms.
Manage media relations and strengthen brand visibility through partnerships and collaborations.
Conduct market and user research to generate insights for brand and campaign optimization.
Plan and execute online and offline events to boost brand engagement and recognition.
Oversee visual design direction to ensure consistency with brand identity.
Drive platform promotion, user growth, and brand image enhancement.




Manage and operate new media platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts and TikTok (Douyin), including content publishing and performance tracking.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Advertising, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in new media operations and digital marketing.
Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram, and various promotion and collaboration methods.
Experience or understanding of the e-commerce industry is preferred.
Strong content creation, copywriting, and analytical skills.
Ability to translate market insights into effective brand communication strategies.
Strong sense of creativity, responsibility, and execution.
Core Objective
Based on company strategy and market insights, develop and implement integrated brand communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and value through both online and offline channels.
