A silhouette in motion and accessories are an essential part of the CHANEL allure and the Brand's timeless codes, immediately identifiable, imagined by Gabrielle Chanel.
As Boutique Director, you are responsible for defining and executing the Boutique's strategic vision, ensuring sustainable business growth while embodying CHANEL's values and leadership principles. You inspire teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and the local luxury community, and lead the Boutique with a balance of commercial excellence, operational rigor, and people development.



As the face of the House, you play a key role in strengthening CHANEL's presence and influence within the Mexican market.

Translate commercial objectives into actionable business plans, ensuring flawless execution across all Boutique activities.
Analyze business performance, identify opportunities and implement action plans based on client insights, market trends and competitive landscape.
Monitor sales, KPIs, productivity, profitability and operational performance, ensuring sound decision-making and effective resource management.
