**JOB SUMMARY**
Jabil is looking for a Sr./Lead RF Product Engineer to become a member of its growing global Engineering Services team. As a Sr./Lead RF Product Engineer, you will provide effective and efficient product and test technical support for New Product Introduction and volume production, in terms of product failure analysis, internal/external claim analysis, and continuous improvement and innovation activities, to improve product performance and product test yield.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work together with Jabil global dedicated Engineering Services team, which function including PE/TE/ME/PQL/PCL/PM/TD.
- Participate in the early phase to study and analysis of new product from EMS side, prepare technical suggestion.
- Continue to study new product and production technology to give the technical support.
- Add value support for NPI/GPI/TPIs, for workcell and repair center, locally and globally.
- Co-work with customer’s R&D; and lead site actively for deep diving investigation, find direction and provide technical proposal for implementation.




- Real time support and feedback for day-to-day issues for local site.
- Proactive communication between Ericsson-Jabil Engineering teams.
- Leverage both customer way of working and Jabil internal procedure/process.
- Share experience and technical knowledge and provide training/ troubleshooting solutions to engineers and technicians to improve team’s competence and efficiency.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include Engineering Service Manager.
- Job **is **NOT directly **responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Comprehensive understanding of system structure and Digital, RF, Power knowledge on the 4G/5G.
- Proficient operation of RF instruments, e.g., signal generator, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer and power meter.
- Good on oral and written communications in English.
- Self-starter, highly motivated and with strong desire of accountability and ownership.
- Experience on the root cause analysis process and tools.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree (five-year undergraduate degree) or above in Instruments/Electronic/Telecommunication/Automation Engineering.
- 5 years of relevant experience working on design or Manufacturing. RF design experience will be nice plus. Such as Transceiver, Antenna, Filter, or Power Amplifier.
