We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join a Dental Health care company in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from patients to answer questions, follow up on procedures, setting appointments with dentists, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and make outbound calls as necessary
- Setting Appoinmets with patients and scheduling them in the system
- Gathering information from patients for procedures
- Following up with customers about the procedures
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written English (C2 with no accent)
- Customer service and call handling experience
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail
