We are looking for a full-time Accounts Recievable specialist for an American Company. This person must be very detail-oriented, well-organized and an excellent English level both written and spoken.
**Responsibilities**:
- Researches discrepancies and rejections in customer portals
- Posts customer payments within NetSuite
- Researches delinquent accounts and collect payments
- Responds to internal and customer requests in a timely manner
- May assist in administrative duties such as, supply and lunch ordering, scanning, checking the mail, and stocking the kitchen
- Maintains regular work schedule and is free from excessive absenteeism or tardiness
- Performs all other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2+ years of AR accounting,



preferably for U.S. companies
- Proficient with excel or google sheets
- Experience managing High volumes of data entry
- Be able to Type at least 40 words per minute
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of US GAAP (preferred)
