**You Are**:
We are looking for a passionate IAM Lead to join our team. Your passion must be in improving current processes and systems, fixing what's broken, measuring performance, understanding downstream dependencies, and working to 'get things right'.
**The Opportunity**:
- Collaborate with Technical Owners gather User Access Requirements
- Upload requirements for decision making by Supervisors
- Most of the scripts are available >> Excel Macros. Separate team for scripting
- Ingested in to identity >> Flat File Based
- Scripts - Understand the scripts, enhance scripts as needed
- Transform the excel data as needed and convert to flat file to ingest to Identity
- SOX Compliance




This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
**What you need**:
- Attention to detail
- Good Communication skills
- BS/BA degree 5-8 years of work experience
- 2+ years’ hands on experience in IAM Administration/Governance
- Experience gathering and documenting User Access requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to multi vendor teams and client stakeholder management
- This position requires flexibility and creativity in gathering and interpreting information and in translating that information into detailed feature requirements and documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills are required, with the ability to extract, analyze and report on information gleaned from internal databases, systems, and both internal and external resources.
