**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls on behalf of different companies in the US and Canada
- Taking messages and relaying them
- Scheduling appointments and making reservations
- Providing information about the company or organization
- Handling complaints and resolving problems
- Translating calls between English and Spanish
**Requirements**:
- You must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- You must know how to use a computer.
Experience is NOT required but preferred.
