**What You'll Do**:
- **Operational Performance Management**: Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics to help devise strategy and action plans.
- **Business and Operational Insights**: Generate valuable insights by analyzing data and market trends, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- **Opportunity Detection**: Identify and assess opportunities to enhance operational performance and profitability, proposing and leading initiatives to implement improvements.
- **Regional Scope Projects**: Lead and coordinate regional projects aimed at enhancing operational and business performance in Grocery & Retail Latam, and promoting best practices across different countries in the region.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives forward, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- A minimum of **3 years of experience** in business improvement, project management, or related roles.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
- **Project & Stakeholders Management**: This role demands strong stakeholders and project management skills, as well as the ability to both plan and execute projects of varying time horizons and scope with mínimal guidance.
- **Communication**: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and data effectively to cross-functional teams and senior management.
- **Fluent English** language skills are essential for this role.
- **Innovative and Self-Reliant**: A proactive, innovative, and self-reliant approach to identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices.
- **Data Proficiency**: Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Gsheets, databases, SQL) is a must.
