**Job Title**: AEM Designer - Translation & Localization
**Location**:Tijuana, Mexico
**Job Overview**:
**Education & Experience**
- BA/BS required
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing translation content within content management systems
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is strongly preferred
- Experience with project management tools, WorkFront a plus
**Key Responsibilities**:
Translation Project Management: Build, manage, and coordinate translation projects within AEM, ensuring efficient workflow and quality output.
Technical Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues within AEM that affect translation projects, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
System Proficiency:



Use World Server and other translation management systems to handle content effectively.
Translation Handling: Import and export translation projects through AEM, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all languages.
Integral Partnership: Communicate and collaborate with linguistic reviewers and teams globally to maintain content integrity and relevance.
Content Creation and Publishing: Author and edit content directly in AEM, ensuring that all published content meets the company’s quality and brand standards.
Interpersonal Skills: Employ strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear understanding and execution of translation projects.
