**Essential Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Public Accountant or related.
**Work experience**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles within companies.
- Proven experience in accounts payable management.
- Proficiency in accounting principles.
- Experience in bank reconciliations and cash flows.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience in handling credits with financial institutions, including understanding of amortization tables.
- Knowledge of CFDI invoicing, XML, version 4.0.
- Understanding of Mexican accounting and tax laws.
- Languages: Fluent in English, oral and written.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage all accounts payable operations.




- Implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate internal and external audits related to accounts payable.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance department efficiency.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate payment terms.
