Procurement Specialist (100% Remote - LATAM)

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain / Procurement Specialist to lead our daily buying activities, execute product sourcing strategies, and ensure our supply chain operations run seamlessly from top to bottom.

The Basics
- Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Latin America)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (US Eastern Standard Time) — No weekend work required.
- Compensation: $6.00 – $8.00 USD per hour (Depending on experience and English proficiency)
- Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary daily point of contact for our vendors. You will confidently negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times entirely in English.
- Sourcing & Buying: Actively source, evaluate,



and acquire physical products and merchandise that meet our strict quality standards and budgetary goals.
- Order Processing & Operations: Efficiently manage and execute purchase requests from initial order creation to final delivery.
- Tracking & Logistics: Maintain meticulous records of order statuses, inventory levels, pricing structures, and shipping timelines to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Profile Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of recent, dedicated experience in a procurement, buying, supply chain, or purchasing role. Direct experience sourcing physical products or merchandise is required.
- Industry Experience (Huge Plus): Previous experience buying for a janitorial, sanitary supply, or paper company is highly preferred, though we are open to strong candidates from other industries.
- Language Skills: Exceptional English Communication (C1/C2 Level). You must be entirely comfortable, confident, and professional when speaking on the phone
