About the role
As a Senior Manager – Manufacturing Digital Solutions (HVAC MES), you will lead the strategy, modernization, and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across Carrier’s Mexico manufacturing operations. This role is critical in enabling digital factory transformation,



supporting new product introductions and production transfers, optimizing manufacturing performance, and driving the migration from legacy MES platforms to Carrier’s global MES framework.
You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure manufacturing systems support production efficiency, quality compliance, traceability, and operational excellence across multiple plants.
Key Responsibilities
