We’re looking for a
Business Intelligence Analyst
with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our fast-paced BI team supporting U.S. stakeholders. This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in complex data environments, takes ownership of projects end-to-end, and delivers scalable, data-driven solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead BI projects from requirements gathering to implementation and stakeholder adoption.
- Analyze large-scale enterprise datasets (100M+ rows) to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop advanced SQL solutions, optimize data performance, and improve reporting workflows.
- Drive process automation and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact analytics initiatives.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related roles.
- Advanced SQL expertise in enterprise-scale data environments.
- Experience with large datasets, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex BI projects.
- Experience with workflow automation and modern analytics solutions.

Location
- LATAM (must be available to work U.S. Pacific Time hours).
