We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Demand Generation Manager in Mexico City to join our team We are seeking someone curious, relationship-oriented, self-motivated, and excited to help build a new market from the ground up.
You will support Loadsmart’s entry into the Latin American market by combining sales, marketing,



and relationship-building. You’ll generate qualified opportunities, localize marketing efforts, and act as the bridge between our U.S. teams and LATAM’s relationship-driven logistics landscape.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
Own the demand-generation strategy end-to-end, setting direction and executing against pipeline and growth targets.
Build and manage the full-funnel demand-gen engine, tracking performance and iterating based on data and results.
Work hands-on across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and PR & media relations, directing execution in partnership with dedicated US-based channel counterparts.
Adapt and produce content articles, decks, email sequences, sales materials, and web pages, localizing from English to Portuguese for the Brazilian market.
Partner with the Mexico SaaS Sales team to build the go-to-market execution plan and stan
