About the Role We are looking for a highly qualified and performance-driven IDM&S; Buyer to support critical operations across infrastructure, projects, and key functional areas such as Maintenance and Production.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing
Fluent in English (C1)
Infrastructure / Construction / Projects
Professional Services and Utilities
Strong experience in Indirect Materials & Services procurement (IDM&S;)
Advanced negotiation and contract management capabilities
Solid understanding of strategic sourcing and operational procurement processes
Experience in supplier evaluation, development, and performance management
Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
Execute local procurement activities aligned with general and regional sourcing strategies.
Manage the full procurement cycle, including:
Identifying qualified sources of supply
Participate in global and regional sourcing initiatives:
Provide local market insights
Support RFI/RFP processes
Ensure effective local implementation of sourcing strategies
Support and drive local sourcing initiatives, ensuring quick turnaround and strong execution.
Performance monitoring (QCDIM: Quality, Cost, Delivery, Innovation, Management)
Track KPIs related to supplier performance and contract compliance, taking corrective actions when needed.
Handle multiple concurrent projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, including Code of Conduct, EHS, and Quality standards.
