Job Overview
The Commercial Coordinator will support the Key Account Manager/Area Manager in the day-to-day management of our business across key retailers/distributors. The role involves a mix of sales tracking, operational coordination, and support for commercial initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

This role is idóneo for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented,



and passionate about the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Support
Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
Support in the analysis of sell-out data to identify key trends and business opportunities.
Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
Support with tracking current pricing trends in various international markets.

Operational Support
Help coordinate product orders with internal teams and clients.
Assist with tracking and maintaining forecast accuracy, as well as updating forecasts as agreed with Key Account Manager/Area Manager.

Administrative Tasks
Prepare meeting decks and business presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Update and maintain key account files and databases.
Support in projects related to sales, operations, and brand initiatives on the Travel Retail channel.
