We are currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor , who will be responsible for developing and implementing optimal and efficient manufacturing processes, as well as work methods aligned with product specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of processes, methods, and tools to drive cost reduction, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain the Visual Factory system up to date.
- Develop and implement electromechanical integrations, including poka-yoke systems, measurement systems, and integrated data collection solutions to support decision-making.
- Coordinate the launch of new and/or revised products, including goal setting, personnel training,



and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional value stream teams to ensure proper implementation of safety initiatives and compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Collect and analyze process data to support decision-making, including production capacity calculations, labor requirements, materials, costs, and production program evaluations for future forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ISO 9001:2015 quality management system procedures.
- Ensure that personnel under supervision develop the necessary competencies to guarantee product quality and on-time delivery.
- Authorize activities within the department to ensure product quality and adherence to delivery timelines.
- Promote a strong safety culture and actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving workplace conditions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical
