KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maintain, improve, and support the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Coordinate document control and change management processes.
* Plan, execute, and support internal, external, and customer audits.
* Lead corrective and preventive action (RCCA/8D) activities and verify their
effectiveness.
* Coordinate management review meetings and follow up on action plans.
* Support the implementation of global quality initiatives and best practices.
* Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and customer
requirements.
* Develop and deliver QMS-related training across the organization.
* Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality system
effectiveness.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Bachelor's degree.
* 2–3 years of experience managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).
* Experience planning and coordinating internal, external, and customer audits.
* Knowledge of document control and quality system administration.
* Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous
improvement.
* Strong leadership, communication,



and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* Conversational English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead Auditor certification.
* VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor certification.
* Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).
* Experience with 8D, RCCA, Six Sigma, or other problem-solving methodologies.
