We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Trucking & Transportation
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in transportation, truckload operations, or logistics to support customer accounts and ensure a high level of service throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Location
Remote (Mexico-based candidates supporting U.S. clients)

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
⏰ 7:00 am – 4:00 CT

Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting transportation activities, coordinating shipments, managing appointments, and ensuring service expectations are met.
You will work closely with operations, planning, billing, and other internal teams while maintaining strong communication with customers and helping drive overall account success.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Account Support
- Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner




- Maintain strong customer relationships and promote a positive service experience

Shipment Coordination & Scheduling
- Book, enter, and schedule customer orders
- Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and consignees
- Obtain and enter shipment instructions and directions
- Coordinate schedule changes with internal departments and customers

Service Management
- Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction
- Communicate service interruptions immediately and proactively
- Document service failures and coordinate resolutions with internal teams

Documentation & Billing Support
- Assist with obtaining load documentation required for billing
- Support internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment processes
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records
