Your mission is to represent the Kitchen Department by providing personalized, high-quality guest attention across our food outlets. You will serve as the bridge between our culinary team and our guests, gathering feedback, managing reservations, resolving complaints in real-time, and ensuring seamless operational support under the supervision of the Chef de Partie.
