About the role
We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to own the channels that bring independent hotels to Visito.
You’ll run our paid campaigns on Meta and Google end to end, own the content calendar, and drive distribution across email, social, and launches. You’ll write short-form yourself and work with our writer and designer on everything else.
You’ll work directly with the CEO on strategy and own the execution. We’re looking for someone who has spent real ad budget, ships fast, and treats every campaign as an experiment.
What you’ll do
• Run paid campaigns on Meta and Google: setup, testing, optimization, and reporting
• Own the content calendar: what gets made, when, and where it goes
• Run email campaigns to our customer base and manage Visito’s LinkedIn presence
• Write ad copy, landing pages, and emails that convert
• Brief and coordinate our writer and designer, and own the quality of what ships
• Improve how Visito shows up across Google, AI search tools, marketplaces, and review sites
• Drive launch rollouts with landing pages, emails, and short-form assets
You may be a good fit if you
• Have run paid budgets yourself on Meta and/or Google, not just supported campaigns
• Write clearly and persuasively without corporate buzzwords
• Make decisions from campaign data, not opinions
• Are organized enough to run a calendar and coordinate multiple people
• Are fluent in English (Spanish highly preferred)
• Have 2-4 years in growth, performance marke
