The Mission
We're looking for someone who lives in the data and can prove, not guess, what moves conversion. You'll own the experimentation roadmap for our clients: forming sharp hypotheses, designing rigorous tests, and reporting results, including the honest "inconclusive", with full statistical confidence. This is a skeptical, analytical role, not a design or copy role.
