Job Title: Sr. Recruiter - Onsite Puebla - ERCC, Finance & Marketing

The Role
Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a general leader in cross border money transfer and payment services to find a Senior Recruiter to support recruitment across its ERCC, Finance, and Marketing functions in Puebla. In this role, you will own full cycle recruitment for these areas, building strong pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.
What You Will Actually Do
- Manage full cycle recruitment for roles across ERCC, Finance, and Marketing functions based in Puebla
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across finance, marketing, and compliance related functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience from first contact through offer




- Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activity

What You Bring
- 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to finance, marketing, or compliance hiring
- Strong sourcing and pipeline development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working onsite in Puebla
