**Responsibilities**:
- Contributes to developing and executing the firm's reward strategy
- Aids in managing key areas of reward, benefits and pensions and liaise with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.
- Participates in developing, implementing and administering compensation such as salaries, short
- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, salary increases and salary surveys.
- Conducts compensation analysis and modeling to provide recommendations and solutions that respond to the different business requirements
- Executes core compensation processes, including: baseline data quality, salary planning reporting, offers design, equity programs auditing and reporting, Year End Process auditing, reporting and analysis, market intelligence and job evaluations
- Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
- Additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in Human Resources preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.




- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- Experiência en manejo de bases de datos, automatizar procesos, creación de reportes.
- Experiência en seguimiento y gestión a proyectos de área.
- Indispensable manejo de Excel avanzado (cruce de datos, macros).
- Visual Basic, Access, saber programar.
