- Ensure team safety
- Design and monitor production plans
- Fill out daily reports
- Escalate downtime and scrap issues
- Participate in quality analyses
- Propose monthly improvement ideas
- Prepare weekly reports
- Attend daily meetings
- Conduct weekly 6S audits
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor/Engineering Degree (With title)
- 1 year
- Experience in industry with knowledge in ISO/IATF
- Intermediate-Advanced English
