**In this role, a typical day will look like**:
- Negotiate payment terms and execute collection process -Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer communication.
- Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Actively follow up on customer requests and document all actions and communication platforms from other companies.
- Prepare, verify, and perform billing through electronic processing and reporting activities according to specific deadlines for an assigned account portfolio -Interact closely with the sales team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies for assigned customers.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- + 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting




- Intermediate level of English
