**Technical Operations/Maintenance**
Technical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more.
**Job overview and responsibilities**
Responsible for providing wide ranging analytical support to the Base / Line Maintenance/ Hangar operation. Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base/line operation functions. May assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resources. Develops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base/line operation functions utilizing computer generated volume data and base/line math model guidelines
- May provide forecasts of future AMT labor requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resources to meet workload requirements to assure efficient cost and performance control
- Develops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, base/line forecasts, operations, performance and OSHA/HSE data
- Performs personnel related duties including filing,
process payroll and track attendance in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policy
- Provide support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel, staffing levels, budget, operations, performance and OSHA/HSE
- Liase with and pay invoices for vendors and third party companies
- Coordination of the in the ID process
**This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.**
**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- Business Administration degree or equivalent experience
- Must be eligible to live and work in the Mexico without visa sponsorship or support
- Proficient in Microsoft office package
- ETA
- Access
- AMTS
- Airport related authorization requests
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
**Preferred**
- Master's degree
