We're looking for a Video Content Creator who can own video content end-to-end, from the first idea to the final export. This isn't a pure editing role: you'll come up with concepts, write scripts and hooks, and then bring them to life in the edit. Most of what you'll make is short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for clients across LATAM and the US, with real opportunity to grow into long-form work like podcasts and YouTube.
