Role Description The Head of Risk will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of BelozFi’s risk framework across all lending and operational activities. This full-time remote role involves developing risk models, setting risk policies, monitoring market and credit exposures, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the jurisdictions where the company operates. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing model, policy and portfolio performance, defining risk appetite, developing risk models, and collaborating with product, finance, engineering,



and operations teams to embed risk controls in processes and systems. The Head of Risk will also prepare risk reports for leadership and investors, manage risk-related audits, and drive continuous improvement of enterprise risk management practices to support sustainable growth.

Preferably risk management experience in financial services companies
Experience in managing a team of data scientists and risk analysts
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment and communicate complex risk topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience scaling risk functions in early-stage or high-growth startups is highly beneficial
