Customer Service Representative – Trucking & Transportation We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in transportation, truckload operations, or logistics to support customer accounts and ensure a high level of service throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Remote (Mexico-based candidates supporting U.Monday to Friday
⏰ As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting transportation activities, coordinating shipments, managing appointments, and ensuring service expectations are met.
You will work closely with operations, planning, billing, and other internal teams while maintaining strong communication with customers and helping drive overall account success.

Customer & Account Support
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner
Maintain strong customer relationships and promote a positive service experience

Service Management
Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction




Communicate service interruptions immediately and proactively
Document service failures and coordinate resolutions with internal teams

Documentation & Billing Support
Assist with obtaining load documentation required for billing
Support internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment processes
2+ years of experience in transportation, truckload services, or logistics
~ Familiarity with AS400 is highly preferred (similar TMS or transportation software experience is also accepted)
~ Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
~ Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication abilities

20,000 – 22,000 MXN + benefits (Contractor)
