Your role at Clorox:
Grow your career as a Financial Analyst and become a strategic business partner, helping drive financial performance across the CCAM business. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders across Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.

You will play a key role in shaping business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, improving financial processes, and influencing decisions that create long-term value for the organization while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
In this role, you will:
Lead monthly forecasts and annual planning for the CAM PMU region (Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras,



and Belize), including financial modeling and P&L; preparation.
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities through timely analysis, accurate reporting, and clear communication of business results.
Analyze financial performance versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and presentations for Finance and Business Leadership.
Deliver actionable insights by translating complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives, pricing, productivity, and investment decisions.
Conduct profitability analysis across brands, categories, customers, channels, and SKUs to identify growth and margin opportunities.
Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Teams, and other stakeholders to drive busin
