Where You'll Make a Difference
Serve as the subject matter expert for fragrance-related data domains, including formulas, ingredients, analytical results, and regulatory information.
Define, maintain, and govern business rules, taxonomies, metadata, and data standards to ensure consistency and usability across the organization.
Monitor data quality, identify issues, perform root cause analyses,



and drive corrective actions with business and technical teams.
Partner with R&D;, Regulatory, Marketing, Manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure trusted, analytics-ready data.
Manage data governance activities, including data lineage, business glossaries, data catalogs, and stewardship processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements while safeguarding sensitive and proprietary information.
Support the development and adoption of data products that enable innovation, consumer insights, and business decision-making.
Drive data literacy initiatives, governance training, and best practices across scientific and business communities.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into data requirements and actionable solutions.
