As a Flow Controller you will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and components needed for production, optimizing inventory levels, and guaranteeing operational continuity. They act as a liaison between purchasing, production, logistics, and suppliers to maintain an efficient flow of materials. This is a full-time,



100% on-site position located at our offices in Apodaca, NL .

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in related position focused on materials supply and finished product.

Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule material requirements based on the production plan.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries in the correct quantities.
- Analyze demand variations and adjust supply plans.
- Track open orders, delays, and potential stockout risks.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: lead time, quantity, and inventory policy.
- Manage supplier order delays (creating and rescheduling manufacturing and purchase orders).
- Measure the KPI (external supplier service index) and drive recovery action plans.
- Manage the backlog of orders (BOL), stockouts, and
